Workforce of the Future Brian Fecht (center), Manufacturing Engineer / CI Manager for Blackhawk Engineering, accepts the award for Workforce of the Future from the members of the Making Chips podcast. Blackhawk Engineering received this award for the development of their new online training and testing program for new hires to determine skills and knowledge levels for manufacturing math, hand tools, reading instructional prints, and understanding GD&T terminology. The award was presented at the Cedar Valley Manufacturing Conference on Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2022.
